Unit 1 Skills of a Geographer
In this unit students will explore and build the skills they need to read maps, charts, and other geographic tools. Before we explore the ancient world, we want a global perspective of where we are in the world and how where we live determines how we live. We will explore types of land forms, latitude and longitude, human-environment interactions, types of maps, and much more.
As we begin to use computers to build skills, I will update our site with resources for practice at home.
