Unit 6 Mesoamerican Cultures
I cannot believe that we are in our second-to-last unit of 7th grade! I am incredibly excited about our unit on Mesoamerican Cultures where we will explore the lives of the Mayan and Aztec people in Mexico and also travel into South America where we will learn about the Inca people. Over the summer I was able to travel to Peru with my family and hike the Inca Trail which led us into the Inca city of Machu Picchu! I am looking forward to sharing my experience and allowing students to dig into such a fascinating history.
